Major Responsibilities

Receive routing order from overseas office/agent and make contact with shipper to get the booking;
Check the routing order and shipping instruction with overseas office/agent upon the receipt of booking from local shipper;
Open job file, issue shipping order and book space with carrier/co-loader through operation team as per standard shipping instruction;
Well coordinate with local supplier, and operations to arrange CY or CFS loading, export clearance before closing date and ensure shipment on board smoothly;
Hand over the file to documentation for billing instruction and issue HBL/MBL/pre-alert as per department timeline;
Assist team leader to monitor documentation staff to complete the daily jobs timely;
Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his/her duty from the Management of the company or other sources;
Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his/her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness.

Key Qualifications

College or/and above
2 years work experience in customer service of sea export, having USA line experience is preferred
Good in spoken and written English
Skilful in office software
Good communication and negotiation skills
Independent problem solving ability
High integrity and team player
