Essential Duties
主 要 职 责 ( 描 述 主 要 任 务 和 责 任 )
1, responsible for operation of company routing order shipments and sales generated shipments from receiving shipping order to issuing of B/L and invoice
2, keep long-term stable cooperative relation with customers on the basis of further development of potential business for both new and existing customers
3, coordination and communication between relevant internal departments and overseas Dachser offices and agents in a timely manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction;
4, checking payment list with vendors and D/N, C/N with overseas Dachser offices and agents. Clear cost and income reserves in a timely manner to ensure high data quality
5, leading other work as assigned.
JOB RELATED QUALIFICATIONS (describe technical requirements, education, experience, languages and PC skills)
职 位 要 求 ( 描 述 对 技 术 、 教 育 背 景 、 相 关 经 验 、 语 言 和 计 算 机 等 要 求 )
1, at least 2 years or above experiences are preferred for customer service in international freight forwarder;
2, familiar with international freight forwarding operation process; familiar with the operation of international freight forwarding industry;
3. knowledge of FOB and CIF shipments operation both for export and import
4. seafreight knowledge is basic, airfreight knowledge is prefer
4, Good computer skills, basic knowledge of the network,
5, Be good at English speaking and writing, no problem for English email communication with foreign agents and domestic clients
6, Familiar with EURO and TP trade operation. Both Seafreight & Airfreight knowledge required.
7, Nanjing Hukou is preferred
