职位描述
Major Responsibilities
- Good communication with internal/external colleagues to ensure correct understanding on different service requirement. i.e. set up sop, prompt response attitude, always seeking solutions or possibilities
- Closer cooperation with space controller, documentation and airport operation.
- Strictly follow company standard operation procedure in order to ensure effective workflow among each team.
- Verifying all documents/statement created by operator
- Maintain good communication with supplier/SHPR/CNEE, make sure correct guidance/information to the customer, and coordinate upon receiving correct goods / docs information.
- Handle complaints and claims from customers
- Handle the key account customers according to SOPs and escalate special cases to Customer Service Supervisor and Department Manager in a timely manner
- Provide reports and statistic to key account customers on a monthly basis if necessary in demanded format
Key Qualifications
- College degree or above major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant
- 3-5 years experience in Logistics, forwarding or relevant service industry, preferably in the Sea/Air operation position.
- Good spoken and written English
- Skilful in office software- Customer Oriented, independent problem solving skill, patient and good team player
