Major Responsibilities

- To be the Customer Service of air import business;
- Supply best service to all clients, including tracing shipments, operating shipments, helping clients solve problems, coordinating relation between all parties;
- Check awb, overseas invoice, agent invoice for freight collect shipments;
- Handle shipments under door to door service independently;
- Reply overseas inquiry for any shipment tracing;
- Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of her duty from the Management of the Company or other sources;
- Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness.

Key Qualifications

- College or/and above
- 2 years work experience in operation & customer service of air import
- Good spoken and written English
- Skilful in office software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Independent problem solving ability
- High integrity
- Team player
