A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
l 5S maintain and improvement;
l Shop floor discipline;
l Process productivity increase;
l Shop order full fills on time;
l Equipment maintain and modification for better using;
l Inventory accuracy increase and maintain;
l Inventory turn increase;
l Testing capability increase;
l Help Production Manager to manage the workshop, coordinate production plan.
l Manage the workshop and responsible for the communication between Production and PMC department
l Responsible for the coordination between Engineer, Quality and production, improving and enhancing the working art and workflow.
Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
(1) Key technical skills and knowledge.
l Managing experience 5+ years
l Mechanical engineering experience 2+ years;
l Lean / 5S certification / knowledge
l Hydraulic / pump knowledge is plus;
l BPCS / ERP system experience and knowledge;
l Shop floor management 2+ experience;
l Strong communication skills to influence other departments;
l Bachelor degree;
l Technical understanding and process quality control knowledge
l Written and oral English capability
l PC and MS office skills
B) Describe the most important competencies required of the individual.
