Part 1. Describe the Position
Summary:
(1) Job Purpose: One-sentence description of the overall purpose/mission of the job; the rationale of why the job exists and how it contributes to the company.
l Manage daily warehousing personnel and work and ensure stock accuracy;
l Manage and improve warehouse layout and label system
(2) Goals and Objectives: Several bullet points for setting performance objectives.
l To ensure O&E value within company target
l To enter into system on information of incoming goods within 2 hrs after receiving goods
l To receive the finished goods in system within 2 hrs.
l Inventory accuracy rate is 99%.(calculation by value) & 85% (calculation by item)
l Injuries 0
l 5S management
l People training and developmen
A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
l To be responsible for operations of all warehouse management;
l Manage and develop subsidiaries' development;
l Set up and improve Warehouse layout by under Lean/VBSS knowledge
l Set up Warehouse working procedure and improve efficiency
l Hold daily meeting with Warehouse employees
l Lead and organize people to have cycle counting and yearly counting
Part 2.Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
(1) Key technical skills and knowledge.
l 3 years at least for Warehouse management experience in international company, college degree at least
l Experience of managing WH bin/location management
l Have knowledge and idea on Lean Production
l Good attitude on solving problem in efficient way and good leadership in managing people
l Good experience in leading and organizing cycle counting and yearly counting activity
l Acceptable English communication skill and ERP experience
(2)Performance Measures/ KPIs
l Zero injure in own department
l Inventory accuracy is 99% by value and 85% by quantity
l Others department KPIs requested by company
