职位描述

工作输出:
- 项目筹建、试运行阶段
¨ 参与项目筹建、设备安装阶段的工程活动,完成对应区域的生产工艺、设备原理的学习;
¨ 编制、完成相应区域生产试运行时所需的安全操作、质量工艺操作和生产操作的标准流程。
¨ 协助完成对相应生产团队成员的招聘, 完成相应团队成员的培训
¨ 支持调试团队完成生产调试
- 项目完工后、正常运转阶段
¨ 负责完成同质透心PVC软性地板车间的各项目标,包括安全、质量,产量,生产成本控制,以及团队管理;
¨ 与品检,设备维修,物流,人力资源等部门密切合作,确保获得必要支持以满足生产操作的持续稳定进行。
¨ 支持、执行车间内安全、质量、工艺和成本等方面的相关改进举措的开展与实施.

工作流程:
- 安全,健康,环境:
¨ 坚决执行公司对工人的劳动安全防护措施,督促员工执行安全规范操作;积极开展班组三级安全劳动培训。
¨ 配合EHS部门,做好安全环境相关培训、考核工作,正常开展安全委员会的各项改进工作;
¨ 严格执行公司S安全T培训O观察P程序卡工作;开展车间安全检查工作;
- 质量管理:
¨ 清楚工艺流程、生产设备以及相关SOP文件,并清楚告知管辖内员工;
¨ 确保生产流程中任何一个环节符合工艺、质量规范要求,确保产品质量符合产品标准;
¨ 保持对文件的良好控制,包括对所有生产数据进行衡量和采集,并通过电脑进行汇报;
¨ 与工艺、品检部门合作以掌握衡量趋势,降低不良品率;
- 进度执行:
¨ 与生产计划紧密合作以了解每日生产计划要求,确保现场有足够工人和其他资源来完成生产订单计划。
¨ 与员工充分沟通,并进行必要激励以确保完成各项生产目标,包括但不限于产品质量、产品合格率。
- 成本和效率:
¨ 对原料以及员工的使用进行管理,控制生产费用不超过预算
¨ 找寻能够达到或者超出既定产量的机会,力求废品最小化
¨ 合理调配员工、安排产品切换,力求产品切换时间最短化。
- 设备维护:
¨ 带领生产团队进行所属区域的生产设备清洁、检查和润滑,保持设备良好工况。
¨ 与设备管理、维护部门合作配合,以争取计划外的设备故障、检修率最小化。
- 团队建设、管理与发展:
¨ 领导、管理班组员工、对员工提供培训,并为员工随时提供技术支持.
¨ 通过公平对待每一位员工,进行真诚的沟通,对员工表现进行公证奖惩,来保持良好的员工道德。.
¨ 对每一位下属员工定期进行表现评估,配合部门经理制定、执行员工发展计划。

教育以及经验:
¨ 大专以上学历,化工、机械或电气专业、大学背景优先;
¨ 三年以上连续型生产行业经验、一线员工管理经验;具备有效的基层班组领导、管理能力;
¨ 具备生产行业的安全实践技能和常规安全、环保知识;
¨ 有设备维修保养经验,能实践动手者优先考虑;
¨ 良好的交流沟通技能和团队合作精神;
¨ 能适应翻班(长白班);

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
¨ 精通挤塑产品生产,工艺和设备者优先考虑。
¨ 熟练操作办公自动化软件,懂英文者尤佳。
¨ 对OSHA体系有了解、实践经验者优先考虑。



Key Performance expectations:
- Project construction and commission period
¨ Participate in the engineering activities during the project construction, equipment installation and wet commission; complete the related learning on production process and equipment working principles.
¨ Prepare and compile the SOP for safety, quality and process activities to support the related production equipments operation.
¨ Assist on production team recruitment; execute and complete the assigned production team training.
¨ Support the production wet trial to the commission team.
- Normal production period
¨ Be responsible for key performance index to the Homogenized Vinyl Flooring production line, include safety, quality, cost and throughout, and shift staff coaching & management as well;
¨ Co-operate with QA, maintenance, logistic and other department such as HR to get enough support to run the line smoothly and continuously.
¨ Support the production line improvement on safety, quality, process and cost reduction.

Principal Accountabilities:
- SHE:
¨ Strictly execute the Company Principles/standard for employee safety protection;
¨ Actively participate in EHS Committee for the improvements activities;
¨ Strictly execute the company Safety Training Observation Program (STOP) and ensure the workshop safety audit happens as expected.
¨ Take responsible for the workshop safety training on shift, monitor the SOP practices and company safety principles following up as well;
- Process & Quality:
¨ Be familiar with process and related SOP, and make sure the subordinates are well inducted
¨ Make sure the production process is complied / followed with related SOPs, Process/Quality Control plan and secure the product complied with the quality standard.
¨ Keep the documents well filed, and make sure the process/production data are well sampled/tested/collected and reported through the company system.
¨ Co-operate together with process and QA department to implement the improvement and increase product yield.
- Production schedule:
¨ Co-work with production planner closely and make sure there are resources to produce and complete the order smoothly.
¨ Communicate effectively with team member to make sure the production goal is met successfully.
- Cost and efficiency:
¨ Manage the raw material usages through the whole shift to meet the budget requirements.
¨ Optimize the production and try to maximize the production yield.
¨ Minimize the product change over time through the proper staff assignment and resource arrangement.
- Maintenance support:
¨ Lead the team to complete the machine Clean/Inspection/Lubrication work in the area to maintain the equipments in good condition.
¨ Co-operate with maintenance team to minimize the unplanned machine shutdown.
- Team Building:
¨ Lead the team with examples and provides the technical coach & support to the team members when necessary.
¨ Be fare and sincere to each team member, and build up/keep the good team moral with example behaviors.
¨ Access each subordinates regularly and feedback for improvement/sustain.

Education and experience:
¨ Colleague education with major in chemical, mechanical and automation or other related, bachelor degree is a plus
¨ 3 to 5 years (or above) work experience in continuously mass production with 3 years shift production management
¨ Strong management and leadership shill and demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees.
¨ Excellent working knowledge of safety and environmental practices and regulations, include OSHA compliance is a plus.
¨ Experience with equipment maintenance and hand on is a plus.
¨ Be willing for shift pattern.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
¨ Experience with plastic extruding manufacturing, process or equipment is a plus
¨ Good at MS office, and fluent English is preferred
