Reqirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Qualification of CPA/ACCA is preferred.
2. Minimum 3 year experience in financial control or in Costing; 5 years experience in an international industrial company; Experience of consolidation report analysis is preferred
3. Good team player and able to work under pressure, Good understanding on finance, team spirit and strong study ability, Good in time management and comfortable to work under pressure.
4 Sense of responsibility, Result oriented, Responsive, Aggressive, hands on ability.
5. Be open to change in response to new information,
6. Self-motivated, Obey to business ethic.
7. Good Mandarin and English communication skills;
8. Be familiar with MSoffice software especially Excel and Strong knowledge in working with ERP, ideally knowledge of SAP (FI CO module );


Job description:
1.Participate in yearly consolidation budgeting and rolling forecast,
2.Provide KPI report on time, undertake gap analysis,
3.Analysis of full P&L financials, challenge the P&L data based on experience and benchmark to ensure accurate financial results
4.In-depth analytics of costing, business result, identify potential saving, investigate gaps and bring issues to the attention of management
5.In-depth analytics of B/S, working capital and cash flow, assist manager to optimize OCF
6.Monthly estimation of sales & margin, preparation for monthly output analysis
7.Develop & execute transfer pricing strategies
8.To participate in the improvement of Best Practices, Policies and Procedures , propose modifications to Policies processes and procedures
9.Provide Actions plans to management derived from KPI's follow-up and forecast set up along with actual data review
10.Other reports and special assignments
11.Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
