Position Title: Oracle Senior Business System Analyst
Reports To: IS Director, APAC
Location: Nanjing, China

Overview:
The purpose of the position is to provide IT consultancy to support business IT requirements, assist Oracle ERP
implementation for new plant. Oversea Oracle ERP support to ensure system effectively support business operations.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
--Provide internal IT consultancy to strategic business IT requirements;
--Analyze problems relating to Oracle ERP, advise and assist users in solutions;
--Assist AP IS Director to plan, coordinate and implement Oracle ERP at the designated sites, align with Global
Oracle Competency Center;
--Ensure day to day Oracle operation support efficient and reliable;
--Buildup Oracle knowledge retention mechanism and provide training to users;
--Promote sharing of best practices across regions
--Embrace, support and win commitment for continuous improvement initiatives so as to drive greater
productivity, efficiency & effectiveness;
--Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers for Oracle usage;

Requirements/Qualifications:
--Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering; MBA preferred
--Solid experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support is a MUST (at least 5 years Oracle ERP ); Supply Chain Planning experience preferred;
--Cross-functional experience in manufacturing operations related to automotive business
--Project Management and Business Analyst experience
--Strong Analytical and organizational skill
--Multi-national Oracle implementation experience would be highly preferred
--International assignment or exposure
