职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、制定市场调研计划，组织目标市场的调研与分析，并编制市场调研报告；

2、负责各类市场情报、行业政策与信息的收集、整理与分析；

3、建立有效的客户关系系统，包括客户的开发、维护、发展等，并为承接物业项目提供帮助；

4、负责承接物业管理项目，并进行商务谈判，签订物业管理合同，完成公司每年下达的市场拓展指标；

5、作为投标组负责人，完成投标演讲、询标答辩等招投标工作；

6、负责编制投标书、策划书等文案工作，能进行物业管理费用的测算。
