Job Title: HR Specialist-C&B人力资源专员-薪资福利
(Position No: HR05002)
Job Location: Nanjing, Jiangsu Province

About our client:
Western wholly funded, Industry Leader with good market share, growing businesses.

Mission:

1. Develops and coordinates a variety of C&B programs. Performs C&B services;

2. Executes daily C&B operations;

3. Ensures all C&B programs are in compliance with labor law;

4. Maintains C&B related information;

5. Participates in salary and benefits surveys.

The Successful Applicant:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources, Foreign Language, Business or related;

2. Around 3 years working experience in Human Resources role, minimum 1 year for full-time C&B function in international companies;

3. Strong presentation and communication skills;

4. Well organized, detail oriented, good time management, independent and can work well under high pressure; Open minded, active;

5. Good English ability;

6. Good command of ERP operation.
