Position Title: Materials Supervisor,



Reports To: Supply Chain Manager



Location: Nanjing, China



Function: Supply Chain Management




Overview: Lead materials group for make sure 100% meet customers requirement and suppliers materials on time delivery. Make sure ERP system run smoonthly and data accuracy. Also should be focus on inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.



Core Responsibilities:

· Responsible for coordinate sales department and customer to make out production plan, supervise the production output to make sure 100% delivery to customers site.

· Lead materials group to release right order to suppliers for make sure materials on time delivery to meet production requirement.

· Supervise the ERP system, make sure 100% accuracy with physical inventory.

· Focus on inventory control. Make sure components delivery at the right time with right quantity at right place.

· Focus on logistics cost control and customs clearance issue.

· Update master planning data in ERP system make sure information flow smoothly.

· Work with production department and warehouse group to make sure products on time delivery to customers' site.

· Continuously improves operational processes

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:

· At least 7-years working experience of material planning or purchasing.

· Practical knowledge of ERP system, JIT, 5S, Kanban, Pull System

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Good command of the English language

· Good PC skills

· Team work oriented

· Strong responsibility

· Good leadership and management skill.



Education/Certifications:

Bachelor Degree, majoring in Logistics, business administration, international trade of equivalent.



Required Qualifications:

Be familiar with ERP System, SAP, Oracle or etc.



Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle User
