Major Job Responsibilities
1.Be responsible for developing new dealers of existing business partner of FCA group (Fiat Chrysler related Brand).
2.Be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with both dealers and business partners.
3.Timely visiting dealers and provide dealers with Financing program.
4.Collect dealer's information & feedback , observe dealer's business status frequently.
5.Support dealer to expand its business through providing different financial solutions.
6.Achieve set personal sales targets.
7.Utilize all support functions during the sell, negotiation and closure of the deal.
8.Dealers’ training
主要职责:
- 在菲亚特集团在华现有合作品牌汽车厂商的基础上开发合作经销商进行汽车融资业务(菲亚特,克莱斯勒品牌)
- 维护现有经销商客户和厂商关系网络,协助经销商业务的发展
- 拜访经销商客户,提供适合客户的汽车融资产品
- 收集客户资料,协助经销商客户的审批流程
- 完成销售计划指标
- 经销商培训
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.Minimum 3 years working experience in sales (experience in car financing business will be preferred).
3.Experience in Channel sales.
4.Understanding and knowledge of loan or leasing is required.
5.Able to travel domestically frequently.
6.Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, result-oriented;
7.Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.

- 本科及其以上学历
- 至少3年以上的销售经历(在汽车金融方面有相关销售经验者优先考虑)
- 在拓展渠道销售方面有充分经验
- 需要基本的银行及融资知识
- 个性积极向上,有良好的内在驱动力以及注重绩效
- 良好的中英沟通及书写能力
