The Position

Reporting to: Service Operation manager

Sell parts & consumables of water system 水处理备品备件及耗材的销售
Develop the business plan and strategy for consumables & spare parts business in Industrial park, design the strategic and tactical sales initiatives, and implement them. 重点拓展工业园区的CSP商业计划和战略发展，规划商业销售计划和目标并完成它。
manage the distribution network, through a good approach in selecting right industry and markets (Microelectronics market, Pharmaceutical and other industrial etc.) 具有管理分销商的能力，通过准确的方法选取正确的行业和市场（如：微电子市场，制药，等其它）
Customer visit regularly 定期拜访客户
Develop new customers 发展新客户
Build and maintain good relationship with customers for long term business 建立并维护良好的客户关系
Ensure the customers’ requirements to be understood clearly 了解客户需求和非常清晰的明白客户所需
Communicate with engineers to ensure to quote right parts & consumables 与工程师沟通，以确保向客户提供正确的备件耗材
Working with finance & procurement departments colleagues well
与财务及采购部同事进行良好的工作配合
Prepare quotation and confirm order with customers
准备报价并与客户确认订单


Candidate profile

The candidate must have a minimum qualification of diploma and above in related field, and over 3 years experience in a similar position.

He/she should also demonstrate the following pre-requisites:

1/大专以上学历，专业不限，男女不限
2/ 2-3年销售工作经验，有水处理行业工作经验或备品备件销售经验者优先
3/ 英语读写良好，通过国家英语四级
4/ 良好的沟通表达能力，分析能力
5/ 具有团队协作精神，诚实守信，勤奋好学
6/ 适应经常出差
