Purpose and Summary of position: (5-8 major activities):
1. Acts on behalf of Celanese with customers and service providers to ensure satisfied customers and proper provision of logistics services.作为公司代表与客户及服务提供商合作，确保客户满意和取得适合的物流服务
2. Primary duty is to ensure highest level of quality order fulfillment through order receipt to product delivery of Celanese products. 在从接单到发货的全过程中确保订单高品质地执行
3. Ensures key internal relationships including, marketing, sales, supply chain planning, shippoints, ESHA, and commercial procurement.维持良好的内部合作关系，包括市场、销售、供应链计划管理、运输、安全和采购等部门；
4. Manages the execution of order by whatever means necessary, including but not limited to entry/modification of sales, purchase orders, product returns, and the detection, documentation and resolution of process failures. 根据情况采取一切必要措施保证订单执行的高品质，包括但不限于单据录入/修改销售订单、采购订单、退货、监督、文件，解决失效的流程。
5. Update the master data in SAP in a accurately and timely manner
及时准确更新SAP中主数据信息。
6. Accept , enter, verify the customer order. 接受，录入和核准销售订单。
7. Co-ordinate for order clearing issues, such as allocation, ATP, GTS, etc. bring the order smoothly to delivery process in SAP 协调解决SAP中订单相关问题,如存货水平受限，产品监管等。使得订单清洁，可进入发货状态。
8. Contact customer to get estimated delivery plan and arrange pre-delivery preparation. 联系客户获知提货计划并通知物流进行发货准备。
9. Verfiy and follow up the L/C 核准和跟踪信用证
10. Ensures on-time shipment and delivery by whatever means necessary, including tracking, and expediting or use of other problem solving techniques.保证准时交运包括跟踪及问题解决；
11. Enter quality notification & drive for its timely closing录入质量通知，确保其及时关闭

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: (Include 5 – 8 Major Activities)
1. Diploma and minimum of three years work experience 专科学历，三年以上工作经历；
2. Some basic understanding of chemicals.基础的化工相关知识；
3. Good English written and verbal communication skills, necessary computer skills. 良好的英语听书读写能力以及必要的电脑操作技能；
4. Logistic knowledge & understanding.物流知识及相应理解；
5. Basic understanding of invoice approval and accounting techniques.基本的发票核准知识和财务知识的了解；
6. Interpersonal skills for dealing with customers & suppliers.良好的人际关系沟通技巧；
7. Basic problem solving skills.基本的问题解决能力。
