职位描述
主要职责/Major Responsibilities：
1.Solve bottle-neck engineering in concern with quality, cost, delivery, safety and environment in Assembly area and achieve the target. 解决装配区域的与质量，成本，交期及环境相关的工程瓶颈问题并达成目标
2.Plan constructions to achieve above targets and implement it 计划达成目标的措施并予以执行
3.Engineering change and process change control in assembly shop 在装配车间的工程变更及工艺变更控制。
（Principle Duties）主要工作
(1).Analyze quality concerns in shop including prevention quality concern at process change 分析车间相关质量包括在工艺变更时防止质量问题
(2). Make countermeasure drafts for concerns above in corporation with related sections. 与相关区域合作起草相关问题的应对措施
(3).Coordinate other engineers and Assembly div. to take countermeasures.与其他工程师协调执行应对措施
*Create design change and process change requests if needed. 如果需要，制定设计变更及工艺变更
*Revise QC process charts coordinating other engineers and Assembly div..与其他工程师及装配部协调修订QC工程图
*Revise machine inspection sheets and maintain schedule coordinating other engineers and Assembly div..与其他工程师及装配部协调修订设备检查表及维护日程
*Confirm results for countermeasures and take actions. 确定应对措施的结果并采取行动
(4).Maintain the quality control system.维护质量控制系统
(5).Analize the quality data and report the result. 分析质量数据并汇报结果
(6).Planning of quality target and monitoring quality result and report it. 计划质量目标，并监督质量结果，予以汇报
(7). KAIZEN for high efficiency production ,achieve the cost target.为更高效率生产进行改善，达到成本目标
任职要求/ Qualifications：
必须具备的基本录用条件 Must-have qualifications
1.教育背景 Education :
大学本科或者专科毕业（工业或者机械专业优先）University or technical college graduate ( Prefer Industrial or Mechanical Engineering )
2.工作经验 Experience :
1年以上汽车行业制造工程工作经验 More than 1 year Powertrain manufacturing engineering experience in Auto industry.
发动机装配车间的质量控制Quality control in Engine assembly shop.
工程变更及过程变更的控制Engineering change and process change control in assembly shop.
3.其他 Others :
基本电脑技能，沟通技巧，灵活性，严谨，日语或英语能力Basic Personal computer's skill and knowledge. Coordination skill, flexible ideas, punctilious person, Japanese or English language.
