职位描述
主要职责/Major Responsibilities：
1. 解决在在铸造领域的质量、成本、交付、安全和环境方面的瓶颈工位并达到目标Solve bottle-neck engineering in concern with quality, cost, delivery, safety and environment in Casting area and achieve the target.
1-1. 分析铸造领域的瓶颈工位并找到解决方法。Analyze concerns 'bottle-neck engineering in the casting area and Seek the solution of the difficulty.
1-2. 为解决上述问题同其他部门合作制定对策方案 Make countermeasure drafts for concerns above in corporation with related sections.
1-3. 协调其他工艺人员和职长采取对策。Coordinate other engineers and foremen to take countermeasures.
2. 制定目标达成计划并执行 Plan constructions to achieve above targets and implement it
2-1. 和其他部门合作制定对策。Make plan of constructions in corporation with related sections.
2-2. 计划预算并执行。Budget for constructions and implement it.
2-3. 确认计划方案效果并采取行动。Confirm results for constructions and take actions.
任职要求/ Qualifications：
必须具备的基本录用条件 Must-have qualifications
1.教育背景 Education : 大学本科或大专院校毕业（热爱工业、冶金或机械工程）University or technical collage graduate ( Prefer Industrial, Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering)
2.工作经验 Experience : 在汽车行业有两年以上动力制造工程经验或在制造业有三年以上工作经验。
More than 2 years Powertrain manufacturing engineering experience in Auto industry.
Or More than 3 years experience in manufacturing
3.其他 Others : 基本的计算机操作技能和知识，擅长英语或日语，有一定的协调能力，思维活跃，处事严谨。Basic personal computer's skill and knowledge. Japanese or English language. Coordination skill, flexible ideas, punctilious person.

At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products. Various new achievements in the field of engine design are also embodied through optimization of dynamic performance, fuel economy, emission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) etc.
