Position: Compensation & Benefits Manager / C&B Manager 薪资福利经理

Report to: Director Human Resources

Location: Suzhou city

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing daily C&B work, lead the major C&B related programs' planning and execution

Develop and maintain a competitive compensation structure to support company’s business growth worldwide

Co-work with outsourcing agencies and partners to conduct industry CB survey periodically and provide effective CB proposals to senior management team

Monthly attendance management and payroll administration

Guide the implementation and deployment of company's compensation and benefits policies and practices in a cost effective, market competitive manner

Ensure consistency, compliance and competitiveness through collaboration with HR Director

Develop and maintain a competitive benefits system based on external market situation and internal business environment

Co-work with overseas HR managers to support NA and Europe payroll and CB system

Maintain and acquire adequate support from relevant government departments

Job Requirements

At least 8 years progressively responsible experience in C&B role in a sizeable organization or MNC is a must, at least 2 years experience at managerial position

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business administration, human resources, English or law field

Open-minded, enough patience and responsibility to communicate CB related inquiries with employees at all levels and from different cultural background

Able to deliver real improvement and able to get things done quickly, strong influencing skills, good communication skills with employees at different level

Good command of English and familiar with MS office and Excel

Familiar with PRC labor laws and relevant regulations on C&B related field

Experience on Industry C&B survey is a plus

Overseas Education Experience is a plus

Prior or existing experience on managing payroll of expatriates is a plus
