职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责主持品保部全面工作；
2、根据公司整体质量状况，制定各类原材料、半成品、成品的检验标准，并严格监督与执行；
3、负责公司原材料、半成品及成品的质量检验工作，并建立检验记录和质量统计报表，分析评审检验报告，提出整改意见；
4、定期巡查车间生产过程，监控整个生产过程，对各工序出现的异常问题及时沟通、分析，并制定相应的处理方案，沟通并监督生产部门实施；协调各部门处理；
5、组织部门培训工作，提升员工业务水平，安排、指导、监督部门员工工作状态；
6、领导安排的其他工作事项。

岗位职责：
1、35-45周岁，理工科背景，本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上制造型企业质量管理相关经验；
3、熟悉ISO质量管理认证体系，熟悉品质管理手法，如8D、APQP、 PPAP、 SPC、FMEA & MSA等；
