职位描述
Job Description:
1. Responsible for overall plant Preventive Maintenance Program implementation.
2. Lead and coach the maintenance technicians in improving PPM effectiveness by means of MTBF/MTTR & OEE tracking.
3. Assist in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) deployment.
4. Assist in Equipment Master List and Engineering Job Request System maintenance.
5. Assist in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) deployment.
6. Responsible for production layout, time studies and line balancing.
7. Assist manufacturing engineer to promote LEAN culture and all CI activities through combined work steps, removing non-value added tasks and the development of effective work practices & process flows.
8. New equipments user requirement specification (URS), FAT, installation & validation.
9. Responsible for all equipment record keeping and compliances.
10. Ensure workplace safety and promote safety awareness in the production floor.
11. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
