Missions:
Responsible for equipments/tools/fixtures (automatic/manual) development and realization for medical equipment assembly production, consistently improve production productivity.
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for equipments/tools/fixtures (automatic/manual) development and realization for medical device assembly production, based on the input from R&D and production process engineers;
-Validate/verify testing equipments/tools/fixtures with proper procedure and document necessary evidence;
- Consistently improve production testing productivity by innovative and lean ideas;
- Communication with customers and suppliers, for clarifying technical requirements;
- Other tasks defined in TRAC CV Asia system and assigned by supervisors or managers;
Knowledge/Skill/Experience:
- Bachelor or above degree with major in mechatronics, electrical control engineering or othe related field;
- Expertise in mechatronic assembly production testing, and testing equipment/fixture development;
- Ability to cooperate with worldwide partners and local suppliers;
- Basic 5S and lean production knowledge;
- Advanced IT, Microsoft office, CAD (2D/3D) and SAP abilities;
- English in writing and reading in the technical field is mandatory, smooth oral communication is a plus;
- Initiative, learning, coaching and monitoring, result and quality orientation and a good team player;
