岗位概要: Key Performance Area

Play a key role in driving business success by providing packaging expertise and leadership on new PKG innovation (design, material, process, printing, HMM) with business ownership.

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

* Innovations to PKG structural design, PKG materials, process, printing technology, testing method/procedure

* Valuable insights and advisements on impressive Packaging Graphic Design to SBU team

* Technical supports to color & printing management

* New process creation and project management for new programs with Packaging Service Providers

* Packaging HMM project management for existing products and new products

* Case pack optimization

* Right sizing management on transit packaging

* Safety Transit Packaging Management

* Strong supports to consumer research on packaging to SBU

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

* BS + in Packaging Design , Packaging Engineering, Printing Engineering or Polymer Science

* 5+ years of experience in Packaging Design and Packaging Development

* Solid understanding of normal process of packaging development and brand management

* Effective timeline control on project management

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to effectively interface with broad cross functional teams

* Effective problem solving skills
