职位职责:Job description
协助培训体系建设:根据公司整体发展战略,参与制定公司培训规划,协助搭建培训管理制度体系,参与建设内训师体系、课程体系,组织制定培训工作相关流程、表单等;
Assist in constructing Training Management System:According to the company's development strategy, assist in formulating training plans,establishing training system, building instructor system and curriculum system,making processes and forms related to training work, etc.
策划培训项目方案:根据公司经营目标及业务发展需求,与各业务部门积极沟通,制定合理的年度培训方案;围绕内部管理需求,制定培训策略、创新培训模式,策划完善各类专项培训方案,形成体系化培训项目;
Make plans for training projects:According to the company's business objectives and development needs, communicate with other departments actively and make annual training plan; Combined with the internal management needs, establish training strategy, innovate training mode, make plans for special training schemes, and form systematic training programs.
组织培训项目实施:根据培训计划,组织、指导、协调公司各单位开展培训工作,负责做好前期准备、过程管控、培训评估、培训总结等全过程管理,完成培训记录及相关资料存档;
Organize training activities: Based on the training plan, organize, guide and coordinate business departments to carry out the training activities, responsible for making preparation, process controlling, training evaluation and giving summarize well as saving training records and all data.
负责员工资质管理:负责员工各类资质管理,负责技能员工岗位能力评估和上岗证书审核、颁发及管理,负责人员能力等级、技能状况统计及分析。
Administrate staff qualifications:Responsible for all kinds of staff qualifications administration, evaluate employee ability, examine and issue the qualification certificate, do Statistic and analysis of personnel ability level and skills.
领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求:job requirements
1. 35周岁以下,人力资源、管理专业或机械类专业本科以上学历;
Under the age of 35, majored in human resources management or machine design, with bachelor degree or above
2. 熟练掌握英语听说读写技能,能将英语作为工作语言使用;
Have good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing, can use English as working language
3. 有高度的责任心,思路清晰,工作计划性强、执行力强,有良好的抗压能力;
Have a high sense of responsibility, have strong logical thinking skills and capable executive, could finish work under high pressure
4. 性格开朗活泼,有较强的沟通主动性,有出色的沟通表达能力,能够灵活应对、协调工作中的各类问题;
Have an open mind, could communicate with others actively, and have excellent communication skills, could deal with various problems properly.
5. 具备优秀的文字处理能力,熟练使用OFFICE办公软件;
Good at writing, proficient in OFFICE software.
6. 熟悉企业培训体系构建及培训工作相关流程,具有构建培训课程体系操作经验者优先考虑。
