What we need:
We’re seeking a talented Studio Designer with graphic production expertise to support the offline & online marketing efforts of our world-class clients. The key role of this position includes daily production design, assets management and design research and trend analysis, also will be partially involved in EDM design.

Specific Responsibilities:
? Support the creative team and deliver high quality artwork of brochures, POSM, tactical promotion ads, online advertising, web pages and banners, info graphics and other innovative campaign materials.
? Updating and finalizing Creative Design on email campaigns.
? Produce final layout for both print and online according to the guideline. Ensure the design is translated in all images and has a consistent tone, look, and feel.
? Photo retouching
? Assets management
? Design research and trend analysis
Qualifications:
? Candidates should be proficient in the use of Photoshop, Illustrator and In design.
? Candidate with additional software skills in 3D software, Premiere Flash, HTML 5 will be a plus.
? Strong visual design and digital production execution expertise
? Mastery of all the latest design/production tools, platforms, languages, and versions of applicable software programs ;
? Understands and keeps up with the latest trends/technologies/software
? Excellent communication and organizational skills; Ability to clearly express ideas both in verbal, written and graphic modes.
? Ability to function in a high pressure/high ambiguity environment
? A creative mind and detail oriented with proven creative decision-making and problem-solving skills
? Strong work ethic
? Good English Communications skills

? 理解并不断学习最新的与设计相关的趋向/技术/软件
? 具备优秀的沟通与管理能力；具备良好的表述能力（口述，书面语言以及图形）
