职位描述：
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
1.Make the shift arrangement of maintenance team members.
2.Responsible for the maintenance technician working arrangement on shop floor.
3.Improve machine start-up check list(daily & weekly) by referring to Machines Operation instructions provided by machine suppliers.
4.Follow up all maintenance plan done by the operators and maintenance to ensure that the machines are running under a good condition.
5.Spare parts management and cost saving control to achieve WEN target.
6.Take leadership of safety stock definition & control.
7.Maintain good 5S in spare part warehouse
8.Downtime analysis, statistic, improve the OEE rate to achieve KPI target.
9.Weekly review with management concerning OEE, top downtime, action to improve, etc.
10.Lead TPM implementation by setting-up a system to improve OEE.
11.Train and coach maintenance technician, operators and other related people.
12.Responsible for machine standard specification establishment, maintain and transfer to guide technicians and operators to operate machine and regularly check & maintain machine.
13.Strong support in repairing the machine if the maintenance technicians can’t solve the problem.
14.Contact with machine suppliers or 3rd service suppliers to solve and improve machine issues if needed.
15.Evaluate monthly performance of maintenance team members and help them to improve the performance.
16.Workout and improve PM plan and implement.
17.Conduct LOTO training to maintenance technicians & operators and implement in shopfloor
18.Contribute to keep high-level standard of safety awareness in WEN.
19.Implement other tasks from Operation manager.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
1.Language skills: can do basic English communication. Read documentations, emails.
2.Over 5 years experience of equipment maintenance or management especially in Auto industry.
3.Above bachelor degree and major in science and electric.
4.Good electrical, mechanical and pneumatic background. 举报 分享
