职位描述
Maintain Quality Management System(QMS) conform to TS16949
- Disposition of QMS related hardware
- Change management (process and participation).
- Addresses customer complaints.
- Resolves problems both technical and business related, especially with customer issues.
- Local and Global communication skills to include documentation, supporting, negotiation, presentation, team contribution, and training.
- Contributes to systems input, calibration process and Material Boards of the segments.
- Provides Technical Leadership, directly impacts local area and indirectly contributes globally.
- Advise management of Failure Analysis Lab.
- Contributes to product and process qualification.
- Maintain product and process reliability monitoring.
- Line and process audit.
3 year technical diploma in an engineering discipline ( Mechanical and Automotive Engineering).
Approximately 20 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industy / Backend production / other production areas
- 10 years of management experience
Sound understanding of principles and concepts in own technical / specialist area due to education, training and job experience.
Working knowledge of related functional areas
- Knowledge of own function's contribution to achieving business objectives
- Main internal interfaces: Site Head, other Backend sites, corporate Backend departments and BL Q
- Excellent knowledge of customer / supplier relationship
Knowledge of competitors, semiconductor industry trends, manufacturing or production trends.
Professional leadership of team including planning and team's development
Focus on managerial role, but need to be respected technical expert in own department
Some knowledge in project management .
