职位描述：

IT Engineer

The IT Engineer will be responsible for delivering end-to-end IT services in accordance with the service level agreements, including daily IT operations, Network and Voice support, project implementation, technical documentation, disaster recovery planning and coaching and leading the local IT team in supporting the business.

Responsibilities

·Develop IT service plan to mitigate software, hardware and networking issues. Ensures the business has available, reliable, and efficient IT infrastructure that includes computers, servers, printers, phones system, Network and other IT automation devices.

·Designs and Implement the computing infrastructure, provides technical assistance and consulting to users, deploys new servers and clients, maintains each system and the respective services

·Effective data center management that includes data backup and system/server performance monitoring.

·Preparing IT / Technical documentations.

·Collaborates with Corporate and regional IT teams to ensure consistency of service delivery and project implementation.

·Ensures adherence to the global IT policies and standard processes, including change control and release management processes.

·Coaching and supervising the local IT team in supporting the business. Provides training, progress reviews and suggests corrective actions to the team members.

·Develops and maintains the IT disaster recovery plan.

Education and Skills

·Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.

·3 – 5 years related working experience in IT environment.

·Strong IT technical knowledge and working experience in supporting multiple sites in country.

·Ability to support Network (both WAN & LAN); IP Phone System; Wintel and Unix PCs/servers; and other office automations.

·Knowledge and experience in supporting Microsoft SharePoint will be an added advantage.

·to write IT proposal for management consideration.

·Good verbal and written communications skills, especially in English.

·Good project planning and management skills.

·Good relationship management skills; strong customer service orientation.
