Job title: Product Manager-heat pump
Job title of manager: Head of Product Line
Objectives:
-Translate customer and market requirements into product specification
-Responsibility for the allocated products over the whole life cycle
-Management of the international market launch of new products
Task: Description of task and responsibilities:
Product management
- Responsible for the specification of new products according present and future customer- and market-requirements
- Ensure the right balance between complexity and market specific re- quirements while reflecting the brand values
- Derive price positioning and resulting target cost together with sales or-ganisation
- Provide sales price / volume scenarios for project business plan
- Develop customer segment specific product argumentation together with local product management
- Management of the international market launch of new products
- Reflecting product strategy and develop ideas for improvement
Life cycle-
- Continuous monitoring of sales performance and profitability regarding the
management product range in charge and derive improvements
- Regular market and competitor-analysis
- Support internal and external customers regarding requests on the product
group
People management
- Develop and maintain good relationship towards local product manage-ment and internal project teams
Compliance
- Compliance with all regulations and directives (such as
Corporate Governance Manual and Rules of Procedures) in the current version.
Education / Experience /
- University degree of technical or economic engineering Competencies: - Proven experience in product management min. 3 years
-Sensitive and diplomatic communication skills
-Very good English language skills
-Apprenticeship or several industrial placements
-Expert in heat pump area(air-source) regarding market and product knowledge
-experience of coal to electricity(煤改电) program in china
