职位描述：
Job Responsibility职位职责：
1. Establish the Quality Management System, and acquire all relevant quality certificates for the products to enter China market
2. Monitor and support the implementation of continuous improvements and process changes to ensure being in compliance with ISO regulations
3. Using 8D or similar technique for Customer or Internal complaints, including the required communication , root cause systematic discovery and the definition of short and long term solutions
4. Cooperate with Operations team to ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met during routine operations; Using techniques of Statistical process controls, control limits and preventative action
5. Using APQP techniques including PFMEA PPAP GP12 etc.
6. Consistency, insisting on meeting the quality standards, plant procedures and work instructions
7. Provide QMS training and ongoing feedbacks to the operations team
8. Monitor suppliers quality as initiated from time to time by the Employer.
9. During the remp up period starting from the first line installation (CC) until the second line installation (LIN) to operate the first line machines together with other senior managers. This is to get the experience in the processes and to be able to support future recruited operators. This period duration is expected to be 6-9 months.
10. Take charge of product engineering related activities within China and to provide technical support to our growing list of local customers.
11. Work with local suppliers to provide direction regarding technical issues.
12. Work closely with the existing teams in Israel and the US to provide prompt communication of technical observations and concerns.
13. To be a technical representative of the plant, in front of the US and Israel engineering teams.
14. To be the local expert for the mechanical Knowledge areas, including: molding processes, tooling, integration (at the level of applied engineering)
15. To be the "leverage" to the local customers in regard to the technical aspects of the existing and a new projects.
16. Any other Quality and Engineering assurance task as will be initiated by the Employer.
Job Requirement 职位要求：
1. Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
2. At least 5 years managing the quality system of an Automotive assembly plant at an International company.
3. At least managing one cycle of TS16949 certification in an Automotive assembly plant.
4. An advantage will be experience with Automatic Test equipment and specifically with Lab View Software.
5. Capable of fluent communication verbally and in writing, in both English and Chinese with workers, colleagues, suppliers and customers; Ability to work independently as well as be part of a diverse team.
6. Capability of problems analysis and managing a team work for continuous improvement.
7. Proven know-how in the field of plastic injection, stamping processes, electronics assembly and joining processes (welding, soldering, use of adhesives).
8. Knowledgeable of CAD design (preferably SolidWorks) of stamped sheet metal, plastic injection moldings, fixtures, jigs and electromechanical automotive assemblies.
