Office Administration Assistant

USA Down-Lite International Inc. is in need of an Office Administration Assistant in our Nanjing Representative office.

SUMMARY
Processing and maintaining proper files for accounting, and government regulation business activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform required job tasks as listed to ensure all China government rules and regulations related to business financials and other administrative requirements are completed properly, in a timely manner and in accordance with Down Lite policy and procedures.
Accounting
Process vouchers for payment
Maintain General Ledger and submit monthly to US
Complete Financial Statements and file with local and state government offices as required
Provide feedback to the Chief Representative Officer on decisions relative to personnel actions.
Administration
Review travel form for accuracy and compliance with policy (approvals, etc), and make payment as required
Support and enforce company policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

Language skills
Must be fluent in Chinese (reading, writing and speaking)
Must have excellent skills in reading and writing English
Must be able to comprehend specification details contained in DownLite RMP
Must be able to communicate in English (verbal)
Math skills
Must have advanced math skills and be able to perform typical mathematical analysis of numerical data (averages, percentages, basic statistics)
Education / Experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office-Word and Excel
Accounting experience required
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction
PROBLEM SOLVING / DECISION MAKING
Must be able to perform analysis of problem to develop corrective action plan. Must be able to organize, report, record and file financial, banking, personnel and other data.

Must have good vision-ability to differentiate color, small details, close vision and depth perception
Must be able to travel to factory locations in various China cities to perform audits

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Employee will be working in various manufacturing factories in China that supply materials to Down Lite and must follow supplier factory's safety rules and regulations.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work environment involves slight physical risks that may require following basic safety precautions (wearing mask, safety glasses, lab coats, and so on)
Must operate standard office equipment (telephone, copier, fax, scanner, printer, computer, etc.); micrometers, measuring tape, thickness gauge and other similar equipment.
