Job Requirement:？
       College degree or above in Logistics, foreign trade or equivalent
？ At least 3 years relevant experience in logistics area or supply chain, working experience background in chemical companies is a plus.
？ Familiar with the PRC regulatory formalities of import and export.
        Able to communicate effectively across all functions of the organization.
         Familiar with operations of DG or Non-DG for chemical products.
？ Good computer skills and Microsoft office skills
？ Required necessary SAP knowledge at OTC module and basic transactions on daily operations
？ Fluent in English of written & oral
？ Orientation-driven, pro-active, Responsible, accurate, good cooperation and communication.
        Willing to take challenges and work under pressure

Job Task:
Main Duties:
Import and export management:
* Checking import invoice price with PO price item by item then sign to F/A.
* Provide correct and completed shipping document to Agent to declare customs timely.
* Update import/export shipment status by daily report.
* Import / export issue complaint to coordinate & dispose
* Import VAT and duty checking & submit to F/A for payment
* Registration for new chemical substance of imported cargo to Shanghai government
Warehouse management :
* Monitor the service of warehouse supplier ( correct delivery, labeling, systerm input and etc.)
* Warehouse consumable request
* Ensure warehouse to impletement labeling instruction along with global standard
* Handling write-off /write-on/block/unblock/ vender return stock.
* Standard sample request from STD sample room.
* Communicate stock-taking quarterly and annualy
* Regularly visit warehouse to check warehouse condition and solve operation problem (if any)
Transportation management :
* Monitor the service compliance of 3PL transportation supplier to ensure OTIF delivery
* Handling certification for safe transport of chemical goods.
* Transportation service complaint to coordinate & dispose
Regular reporting:
* Monthly payment application and reports of all 3PL supplier
* KPI report of DST & DCL import&export, warehouse cost and transportation freight monthly to GSCM
* Payment proposal of DST & DCL logistics cost to F/A
* DST import new chemical substance report annually
* KPI report of 3PL suppliers monthly, and follow up their correction/imporvement plan
Other duties:
* willing to assist line manager for new assignment on job if needed, like new projects support and etc. 举报 分享
