Job Description
This role is deeply involved into the country Sales Incentive Process (SIP) e.g. scorecard designing, calculation and communication, enabling the timely delivery of consistently measured sales performance through the application of standard processes & systems and standardized methodology in conjunction with the HR and Business sales performance coordinators.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Fully committed to design, program and implement an end-to-end solution on sales performance measurement to enable accurate and timely incentive payout;
Work closely with the business stakeholders (including Country Sales Performance Coordinator from business side and Group SBIM) to deliver the reporting requirements to be implemented in country;
Develop business intelligence reporting to deliver valuable insights to stakeholders in their management of human capital to drive more value, including providing key information for the purpose of strategic planning
Provide independent but fact-based performance scorecards to measure and evaluate sales performance and provide value added suggestions
Continual maintenance of the end to end sales performance process to reflect changing business focus and provide a timely response to new management requirements
Maintain standard data definition, dictionary and business rules and logic to ascertain consistency in the derivation of sales performance management metrics across all business streams to ensure a single version of the truth
Experience/Qualification
Relevant experience in the areas of business intelligence, data-warehousing and performance management
Project management skills
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar discipline
Working experience with SAS or SQL is preferred
Good knowledge of banking products/services and front end core banking systems and
Financial Literacy will be an added advantage

Team player, proactive, work independently and willing to learn in a dynamic environment.
Ability to communicate effectively and establish good working relationships with people at all levels in a matrix organization.
Ability to identify key issues and overcome barriers
Good track history with delivering results to the business
