Customer account manager
Context:
Every day we receive inspection bookings from our worldwide customer. We need to deal with them as quick as possible and bring the best satisfaction to our customers, providing reactivity and dedication.
Job description:
The job main tasks are:
- Receive inspection bookings from customers or from customers’ suppliers
- Analyze the inspection booking information and customer requirements, make sure no information is missing
- Communicate with customer in case some information is missing or not clear
- Evaluate how many man.day (quantity of work) are needed to complete the inspection
- Send quotation to customer
- Deal with customer daily questions and inquiries
- Gather all the data needed for our inspectors. Make sure nothing is missing, make sure information is clear and understandable for our inspectors in factory.
- Communicate with AQM inspectors, answer their questions, make sure they follow customer requests
- Report to AQM China country manager
- Be sure all datas in our system are accurate to not make mistake in the monthly follow up.
This job is of high responsibility, no information can be lost between the booking of customer and the final report sent by our inspector.
Profile sought:
1. University license degree or master
2. Fluent English for both reading and writing. Need to communicate with foreign customer by email. Good computer skills (use of MS Excel)
3. Care about details, communication. An experience in a job related to correction can be a plus.
3. Familiar with the quality inspection process and knowledge of AQL will be a plus.
4. Hard-working, can manage the pressure, and over time work during peak season
5. According to the different requirements of customers and technical file, you need adapt your work.
Other requirements:
1. Rigorous, careful, high sense of responsibility and good professional ethics : Honest, self-discipline, hard-working
2. Stronger communication and coordination and capacity to deal with quality problems
3. Active,initiative, team spirit , reactive.
