JOB SUMMARY
The Logistics Coordinator, China, is responsible for support the logistic activities in China. This position is required to work with cross-functional teams to provide support for the distribution of goods among the China region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Coordinate outbound store distribution with 3PL, as well as store return
? Coordinate shipping of store materials
? Provide customer service to retail and Asia/NY HQs on their logistics needs
? Gather and coordinates sales planning information for the sharing w/ 3PL for forecast and planning
? Prepare reports for sharing with internal stakeholders
? Prepare shipping documents as required
? Follow up on shipments as necessary; handle and resolve exceptions when necessary
? Provide shipment visibility to internal parties when needed
? Lead mini project, e.g. improvement project with 3PL with support from manager

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
? Diploma education or above
? 2 years’ experience in the logistics environment, preferably in retail industry
? Knowledge of import/export customs clearance procedure and 3PL management
? Highly committed, organized, mature
? Good customer service and interpersonal skills
? Good command of written and spoken in English & Mandarin
? Proficient in computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 举报 分享
