职位描述：

1.       Coordinate with PAMEX, PAM Marketing, PAMCRD, project, production and quality department to localize the transferred products from PAM

 

o    Understand the detail product definition, process, quality standard, etc

o    Set up the technical standard to BCM for cost simulation

o    Try best to localize the raw material as much as we can, but not impair the final product quality

o    Coordinate with project , production, quality, shipping for the investment, prototype, batch trial and industrialization, as well as QMS setting up and training

o    Packaging and shipping to clients’ ends to be set up without any product quality impairment

 

2.       Build up the innovation bricks by benchmarking with competitors, literatures study, exhibition, research cooperation with universities, etc for domestic market innovation

o    Systematically have a benchmarking test on the ductile iron from competitors

o    Investigate the standards and process for the pipes with non- Ductile iron material, even by the visit of manufacturing plants

o    Investigate the literature, patent and visit exhibitions to know the new materials and try to link with our application

o    Cooperate with university to do some research

o    Figure out the pros and cons for each innovation brick, as well as cost model

o    Systematically organize a meeting with marketing to update the information of innovation bricks

 

3.       Cooperate with PAMCN marketing department to visit clients, manufacturing plants for new technology and new material, and define the road map for new products development for domestic market

o    Systematically with Marketing for the clients visits and know the market needs and expectation for future products

• Minimum 4-years university degree, major in ….
• 1-3 years working experience in Industrial process environment.
• Creative thinking and good at exploration
• Fluent in English.
• Good organization, presentation and communication ability
