职位描述：
工作使命：

为顾客开取增值税专用发票

为顾客提供快速高效的退换货服务，并为商场节省成本。

友好高效地处理顾客的投诉，致力于为顾客打造愉悦的购物体验，提高顾客的回访率。


岗位职责：

确保退换处的设备可全天有效运行，能在顾客需要时提供及时帮助。

具备处理投诉所需的知识，为顾客解决投诉问题。

了解如何组装宜家产品，可在顾客遇到组装困难时提供帮助，如有需要，也可为顾客更换组件。

能在系统准确记录退换信息，将正确信息录入退换仓库，从而保证退换产品置于相应区域。

跟进收银流程以确保款项安妥。
