职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

• Be responsible for the EHSS and Product Stewardship of related area and positions to ensure compliance of the corporate related requirements and related laws and regulations.

• Set up and update site EHSS procedures according to Wacker Greater China EHSS requirement.

• Organize training for employees and promote EHSS awareness to achieve EHSS excellence.

• Coordinate process safety management to assess risks of NJG site.

• Report and investigate accidents and near misses.

• Coordinate EHSS emergency response drill for NJG site.

• Develop and implement strategies and procedures to protect physical assets and intellectual property on site in accordance with the corporate regulations and standards.

• Assess and manage the occupational hazards to ensure the health protection of employees.

• Coordinate and supervise environmental relevant processes for NJG site.

• Ensure WACKER′s global environmental standards for the protection of air, water, soil and noise to be implemented at NJG site.

• Ensure the waste water pre-treatment running smoothly and meet discharge standard.

  REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

• University degree in chemical industry related is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in EHSS management and operation related functions in chemical production related and/or engineering companies.

• Professional knowledge and experience in the fields of Safety, Security, Environmental Protection, Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene.

• Evidence of leadership skills.

• Good communication skill with different levels of staff with fluent in English.

• Good presentation and interpersonal understanding skill.

• Working proactively with result oriented and teamwork spirit.
