Job Purpose
To assist Head of Marketing in delivering brand marketing initiatives and supporting sales objectives
Job Scope
l Deliver brand gifting strategy including products innovations and launch plan
l Handle NPD projects
l Overlook retail BTL initiatives including brand corners, merchandising and premium image display KPI
l Monitor effectiveness and quality on marketing supervisor deliverables
l Implement aligned marketing activities POSM development in brand premium level
l A&P management
Qualifications & Experience
· University graduate or above
· Business/Marketing degree of other recognized qualification
· 6 years+ marketing experience, and preferably in FMCG companies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Profound English for both oral and written
· Willing to travel
Skills
· PC literate
· Business English/ Local language capability
· Presentation skill/ Meeting facilitation

· Good Execution Ability

Key Responsibilities
Brand Building(30%)
5. Develop brand building strategy for retail BTL
6. Set high branding exposures KPI
7. Support sales functions in maintaining display level according to set KPI
8. Maintaining agency service to fufill in-store sampling deliverables
9. Develop and execute premium brand co-marketing opportunities
Gifting strategy(35%)
10. To derive and implement plan for brand gifting market
11. To maintain brand gifting portfolio competitiveness
12. Work closely with SPU and sales dept to achieve set results
13. Provide marketing support in gifting channel
NPD development(20%)
1. Lead project on new product development work
2. Work with agency ,sales and SPU to achieve set target
3. Set up launch plan and communication strategy
4. Review results against pre-set KPI
Team coaching(5%)
1. Coach marketing specialist/supervisor in daily project management
2. Provide support and quality maintenance role
3. Assist team member in monitor and review agency and supplier service quality
A&P management(10%)
3. Accurate budget control with monthly tracking and update into system
4. Monitor and track A&P against marketing plan
