Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Work out marketing strategy and brand plan for product line;.
1. Build up the China products marketing strategy and annual plan based on marketing analysis, including innovated market mix to meet new environment;
2. Budget management to ensure cost effective marketing events and programs within budget
3. Implement the marketing plan timely with high quality and professionalism;
4. Build up the key product development plan and coordinate with sales on potential assessment;
5. Coordinate with sales, finance, RA , medical team on the new product registration, launch, etc.;
- KOL development and maintenance
6. Develop and keep good relationship with KOLs to ensure adorsement of Company‘s technology and product, strengthen the brand image of Company;
7. KOLs to providing academic and clinical application support to Company‘s pipelines;
- Provide sufficient marketing support to sales team to ensure the sales target achievement:
8. Deliver clear product strategy and tactics to sales team and give guidance for sales strategy and action plan;
9. Provide innovated marketing mix and sufficient promotional aids to sales team;
10. Support sales team on promotional activities creation, implementation;
11. Design and implement the key surgeons training programs to build up surgeons;
12. Coordinate with the sales team to make sure the sales growth and share gain to achieve annual target;
- Extend private hospital business by innovated strategies and perfect execution of tactics
13. Work out clear and innovated private hospital strategy and tactics to ensure the company leading position in the target segments;
14. Collaborate closely with Key Account Manager for timely and effectively support to private channels business
15. Assist the line manager and other team members with all other tasks wherever requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5-8 year working experiences with at least 2 year in Marketing function, preferred in medical devices with consumable selling experience;
Good oral and written English ability with CET-6 certificate.
Willing to travel frequently when required(include weekend);
