Major tasks and responsibilities:
? HRIS Management
? Act as a power user and key supporter to provide routine maintenance support, including:
a) Authority delegation for user’s account;
b) Adjust security setting based on biz demand;
c) Collect bugs from end users, track the troubleshooting progress for reported system bugs;
? Act as a key auditor to track partner master data, including:
a) Work with IT, system vendor to track data interface quality and manage on monthly HRIS Data integrity issues;
b) Run audit reports and audit the database to ensure accuracy, work with IT, system vendor, HRBPs and Retail Operations on reducing data errors at the source;
? Lead System upgrading related projects, including:
a) Establish system improvement plan on annual basis via collecting needs demand;
b) Keep connection with IT team to support smooth integration project between Greater China Local systems and Global systems when necessary;
c) Evaluate solution of system change with IT and system vendors;
d) Review and optimize system support process with help from IT and system vendor;
? Benefits Management and C&B Analysis
? Participate benefits surveys and collect market best practices to propose, design and enhance current benefits schemes and plans, including cash and non-cash.
? Partner with brokers, insurance companies, health screen vendors, and other vendors, to provide appropriate C&B service timely and accurately;
? Review and control vendor’s SOPs and SLAs to streamline the service process;
? Collect and evaluate feedbacks from internal customers, drive continuous improvements to enhance the employee’s satisfactory;
? Take in charge of all of C&B analysis, including labor cost, budget control, incentive effectiveness, productivity, pay mix, CR, etc.;
? Other ad-hoc assignment by Line Manager
Qualifications:
? Bachelor holder with 6+ years working experience in C&B, and 2+ year management experience (experience with multi-regions is a plus);
? Solid understanding and working knowledge of HRIS, payroll and benefits processes, and best practices;
? High degree of professionalism and solid ability in delivering high quality customer service and establishing/maintaining effective and collaborative working relationships;
? Excellent judgment, analytical and problem-solving;
? Functions in a highly confidential environment;
? Strong Excel skills.
? Able to work independently and as a team player;
? Good writing skills, strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
? Good knowledge of rules and regulations relating to labor laws;
