职位描述：
a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
? At least bachelor degree on mechanical and/or electrical related background
? At least 4 years related sales working experience in Automotive / Engineering product development in the Chinese market
? Good market knowledge concerning products, customers and competitors
? Own existing network within the related industry
c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
? Manages all the related sales/marketing activity to achieve sales goals
? Establish long term relationship with target customers
? Collect and analyze the related marketing information including competitor’s information
? Develops and maintain good customer relationship and identify customer needs ensuring that the company provide excellent service and support
? Support project managers to solve the related project problems
? Manages the commercial processes effectively
? Support in develop yearly sales plans and sales forecast, opportunity identification and analysis consistent with AOP (annual operating plan) and OEM’s strategic business plan
? Coordinates sales/ after sales service to satisfy customers
? Works closely with project process team to get new projects
