职位描述
Tasks /Area of Responsibility
A Project planning/ control/ implementation/ management
1 Take on logistics capacity planning (storage, material flow and simulation) and optimize highly automated systems, incl. radio-supported processes. Look after customers and meet their requirements, as well as including them in audits. Coordinate start-up management with the interface for the time-to-market process (internal audits, check lists)
2 Coordinate cross-divisional supply chain management, incl. the interface with packaging planning, and unify cross-factory start-up planning (management and implementation of one's own projects)
3 Agree targets concerning quality, cost and timing with the project sponsor using existing processes and methods in agreement with the responsible or superior positions
4 Plan internal and external capacities, and cooperate in the nomination of team members, taking individual potential and competence into account
5 Define, plan, coordinate and monitor work packages and milestones within a project team using prescribed methods and systems
6 Integrate internal and external service performances if appropriate, taking economic, qualitative and schedule-related aspects into account for the successful implementation of the project target
7 Guarantee systematic relationships to internal and external project sponsors and to the specialist departments / positions to be integrated
8 Support cross-project activities related to company development with regard to logistics strategies within the company
9 Analyze and evaluate logistics structures and processes and derive and prioritize improvement suggestions for reorganization and optimization of existing processes suitable for the system as a leading driver in the CIP
10 Identify rationalization measures for specified task areas and assign them priorities as part of the CIP
B Project controlling and reporting
1 Record project status, taking into account continual processing and interpretation of internal and external information; monitor the project workflow and decide on corresponding measures, in agreement with the supervisor if necessary, in the case of deviations or changes to target specifications (reporting)
2 Carry out project controlling in the form of reviews (final and interim reports) with the project sponsors on the basis of agreed quality, cost, and scheduling targets
3 Participate in and/or implement defined escalation scenarios when deviations from targets occur; highlight existing alternative solutions in agreement with the divisions involved; report to heads of division and the steering committee
4 Prepare and implement pilot/test scenarios and draft decision papers for the supervisor
Technical skills
- 3 years experience in Material flow / Physical operations (warehousing operations preferred, transport)
- 3 years experience in Information flow / Planning (Forecasting, Planning, Ordering, Inventory management)
- Applied Lean management skills (6-Sigma or comparable qualification)
- Project management
- 3 year leadership experience

Both local & overseas (occasionally) travels required. Project based overseas travel may need extended stay (several weeks in a row).
