职位描述：
Job Responsibility：
- Develop, align and execute annual digital media plan and calendar with the consideration of overall yearly brand media plan.
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities on social networking sites
- Understand and execute the voice of the brand
- Work across teams to develop and implement an escalation process and digital as well as social media crisis plan
- Help identify and engage topic influencers and brand advocates
- Compile and utilize analytics and data to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to measure the effectiveness of digital media and social efforts
- Regularly provide feedback and insights gained from social media to help evolve marketing strategies
- Identify local digital partnership plans and opportunities for proposal
- Support the team around digital media planning and buying
- Work closely with other organizational functions to ensure alignment and execution of a coordinated strategy across the Company
- Utilize project management principals to manage digital initiatives
- Stay abreast of market, industry and out of industry digital marketing trends and strategies
-Led and execute the CRM program for key targets with the help from the direct reports and product/category business owners.


Job Description：
Digital Marketing manager will help enhance the Jiahui brand, attract new customers and drive traffic online and in stores through the use of available digital channels by developing and executing marketing plans.
Specifically, the applicant will manage all approved local digital platforms (e.g. wechat, website,Apps)
- Plan and execute the yearly digital media plans.
- Generate ideas on content, polishing content, posting content, monitoring, responding, generating engagement and ultimately reporting and analyzing its performance and efficacy to create an active and loyal online audience around the brands on social media.
- Establish and growth the CRM data for key targets .Also, create and execute the plans to increase the loyalty and enhance direct communication with them.
- Upgrade and manage wechat & website
