职位描述：
Job Task:
1 Improve forecast accuracy by driving the monthly product demand forecast cycle. Validate data inputs to the forecast and review and fine tune the statistical forecasts.
2 Manage and optimize inventory structure in healthy level, control depreciation rate by closely monitoring risky stock status.
3 Collaborate with Sales and BM to incorporate current and long–term market intelligence into the demand plan at product, customer and market levels and to develop, document and update the assumptions supporting the demand plan.
4 Collaborate with Marketing to incorporate new product introductions, product conversions and product deactivations in to the plan.
5 Lead and facilitate monthly consensus meeting with sales & BU and get forecast alignment.
6 Develop a demand-based revenue plan by business unit for comparison against annual business plans and financial forecast updates.
7 Monitor actual demand and perform weekly demand planning process, quick response with big changes and work closely with material planning for weekly plan reconciliation.
8 Play as a key contact window between sales/BM/PM and planning team for any demand issues.
9 Monitor the demand plan performance (forecast error, accuracy, and bias) by measuring actual versus planned performance at multiple planning levels and work with collaborators to improve.
10 Own DP master data and ensure good connection with supply planning side.

Job Requirement:
1 Ability to effectively work cross functionally and good communication skill.
2 Strong knowledge of demand planning process, SNP knowledge will be a plus
3 Good command of supply chain planning process from long-term to short-term planning
4 Strong statistics and analytical skills, data sensitive.
5 Chemical experience preferred
6 SAP & APO skills
7 Good oral and written English skills
8 BA/BS is required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Statistics etc.
9 Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain, +3 years Planning experience preferred 举报 分享
