职位描述：
1. 新客户开发
        在UPS规划的路区内，不断尝试陌生拜访并寻找新的机会，将自己发现的以及各部门提供的销售线索转变为UPS客户；
2. 挖掘现有客户的新需求
        运用一定的销售方法将UPS的解决方案及增值服务等介绍给客户，改变客户对传统物流的看法，加深客户对于UPS物流的认识，帮助客户提升竞争力，提高UPS客户的客户满意度，从而帮助UPS客户成长，进而为UPS挖掘新的机会；
3. 客户维护
        对于潜在客户群，及时安排拜访客户，了解未能合作的原因，并与各个部门协调解决存在的问题；
        如果决策者在国外，立即与国外销售进行沟通；
     对于老客户，需定期安排拜访以维持UPS的服务品质，并做到定期管理合同以及及时给客户进行续约等相关服务；
4. 客户服务
 
         与市场部合作为UPS客户报价，回答客户的各种疑问并能主动协调UPS国内外各部门解决客户的各种要求（如海关扣货、Cross Label等）及特殊需求（如调账、同日二次递送、异地取件、机场自送货等）；
       协助客户实施UPS的技术解决方案；
5. 自我管理
 
        每周分析货量，了解自己的业绩情况。如与销售目标存在差距，及时采取措施进行弥补，必要时需调整销售策略；
      每天下班前做好第二天的陌生拜访规划；
                每天做好已经完成的拜访记录，更新相关系统。 举报 分享
