岗位职责:
Responsibilities
1. 协助员工招聘和培训;
Assist in full process of employee’s recruitment and incorporation training.
2. 协助现有员工年度培训计划;
Assist in Annual training programs for current employees.
3. 人事档案及劳动合同管理;
Maintain employment contracts, certificates and personnel files.
4. 员工考勤及休假管理;
Employee’s leaves and attendance management.
5. 社保及公积金管理;
Social Security, Housing Fund management ensuring compliance.
6. 员工关系管理;
Provide HR services and HR consultation to all employees.
7. 上级主管交办的其他日常人事工作。
Responsible for other daily HR job assigned by team leader.
要求:
Basic Requirements
1. 大专及以上学历,人力资源或相关专业;
College degree or above, major in HR or relevant subjects.
2. 2年及以上人力资源工作经验;
Previous working experience in HR departments (2 years).
3. 熟悉并了解劳动法及相关法律政策;
Knowledge of China employment law and other HR policies.
4. 良好的书面沟通技巧及英语口语;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
5. 良好的分析和组织能力;
Good analytical and organizational skills.
6. 积极主动,快速学习，注重细节;
Proactive, detail minded and quick learner.
7. 能够独立工作和承受工作压力;
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
8. 熟练运用办公软件。
Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
