职位描述
Work Responsibilities:
1,To manage and to develop all professional skills of its team
2,To develop and continually update the credit acceptance procedures and the corresponding know how of Retail with its team:
1)Evolution and development of Retail Acceptance Guidebook and other relative retail risk policy
2)Evolution and development of business rules
3)Evolution and development of acceptance scorecard and establish the statistics scorecard when the history data accumulated enough
4)Adaptation and evolution of required supporting documents
5)Evolution and development of of the usage of information from PBOC credit Bureau and other external database
6)Adaptation and evolution of rules of acceptation according geographical areas and /or car maker network
7)Control of the compliance with the acceptance rules fully respected by approval platform
8)Continuous improvement of the credit application process to adapt GSAFC development and the market practice evolution.
9)Adaptation and improvement of process to prevent internal and external possible fraud
10) Continuous Maintaining and improvement the functionality of Retail Acceptance tools (CAP and CMS)
3,To maintain and improve the quality of all retail risk database and perform deep analysis using the data warehouse and all associated risk databases (Acceptance database and Portfolio database)
4,To follow up the risk indicators evolution and set up action plan to control the risk if necessary
5,To maintain good communication with the OP approval platform and other Division staff
6,To maintain a good and deep relation with Shareholders to share experience and knowledge and best practice.
Work Requirements:
1,Advanced knowledge in retail bank or AFC in China in Credit risk area
2,Advanced knowledge in scoring system (in overall, in China)
3,Experience in the field of banking or AFC (risk management, scoring) is required
4,Solid Economic and statistical knowledge
5Advanced knowledge in data analyzing and programming with SAS, openness to work on development of different IT systems
6,First experience in management is required
7,Strong analytical skills
8,Strong Communication
9,Able to make summary in simple way based on complicated analysis
10,SAS code, Access... (Flair for IT)
