1. Job Purpose:工作目的：
? Implement quality evaluation tools on the site of production line. Inspect materials, finished parts and/or completed products. Perform visual quality inspections on products and packing. Make decisions to accept or reject goods for shipment and communicate with supplier management. Report results of all evaluations to Supplier Quality Engineer, China. 运用质量评价工具检查供应商工厂产品生产现场。检查材料, 零件和/ 或者成品。执行目视检查产品质量和包装。决定接受或拒绝货物装运和与供应商管理层沟通。报告所有评估结果给驻中国供应商质量工程师。
2. Key Accountabilities /工作职责:
? Responsible for the inspection and test according to SIP and specification, and to make a decision to accept or reject the non-conforming parts or finished goods for incoming or shipment;
负责按检验规范及技术资料要求来检验和试验，并做出相应的结论，对不符合要求的物料不允许供应商入库及发货；
? Responsible for the inspection of first article for the supplier factory production line, monitoring the implementation of SOP and quality, assisting supplier quality engineer with failure analysis, solving the quality of production line to ensure shipment quality;
负责工厂组装线首件样品检验，监控工厂生产现场的工艺执行和产线品质，协助供应商质量工程师分析不良现象，处理现场品质异常以保证出货质量；
? Monitor supplier factory’s strict implementation the manufacturing plan and report any manufacturing incident to ensure on time delivery;
监控工厂是否严格执行生产计划，及时反馈生产异常，确保生产交期；
? Responsible for supplier factory audit, and work to improve manufacturing incidents and customer complaints;
负责巡线稽查工厂生产过程，并跟进产线异常及客诉问题的改善；
? Monitor and witness supplier factory having on-time incoming and functional inspection, and make records and signatures;
监督及见证供应商按计划执行常规来料及成品功能检测， 做好相关记录并在有关单据上签署；
? Report to ANZ China Supplier Quality Engineer
