职位描述：

1. Manage souring activities including communications, quotations, supplier evaluation & selection, sample qualification/approvals, corrective plans as well as business negotiations to meet company’s project requirements.

2. Evaluate supplier’s qualification and production capabilities on site and follow up productivity improvement progress.

3. Review quotations, analyze the cost structure and negotiate with supplier to meet target price.

4. Monitor material market price tendency to obtain competitive price.

5. Draft and sign relevant agreement with potential suppliers, such as NDA, commercial agreement, quality agreement.

6. Coordinate with Engineering & QA in providing solutions to quality issues occurred. Approach suppliers to define the root cause and take corrective action properly and timely.

7. Keep sensitive to potential cost reduction opportunities. Regular price negotiation to fulfill company saving target.

8. Support the supervisor/manager for supplier strategy setting to meet company’s long term goal.

9. Conduct supplier performance review periodically. Coordinate the supplier development and management program within company.

10. Support to solve any issues related to suppliers raised from buyer.

11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree in Electronic or business/commercial.

2. At least 3 years working experience in the field of Electronic. More than 2 years’ sourcing experience in Electronic is preferred if the major is in business/commercial.

3. Familiar with small quantities and Multi-kinds sourcing

4. Experienced in price negotiation and hold the skills in reading drawings and Specification with adequate supplier technical qualification knowledge.

5. Good experience in project management is a plus.

6. Fluent in both spoken and written English.

7. Detailed oriented working attitudes.
