职位描述：

Job Description:

1. Management of new and existing injection moulds, design and review with tool makers and VDW designers.

2. Organize tool set-up, transport, repair, maintenance and develop a specific SI policy/strategy.

3. Initiate brainstorming sessions for problem saving and new mould design, weekly report about tool status and progress.

4. Indentifies required resources and defines team and roles and responsibilities of project team members.

5. Create, follow up and improve the project plans, time, cost resource estimating and budgeting.

6. Track and monitor progress, and alert relevant stakeholders of potential slippage and roadblocks.

7. Analysis different scenarios and generate timely management report.

8. Setup some schedules to ensure manufacturing site smoothly, effectively work, drives cross-functional teams to complete projects.

9. Communicate project status and engaged in milestone review for new products on mass production.

10. Push mould team, work on multiple projects and products at the same time, clearly convey complex technical information and ideas to senior management level.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in moulding or mechanotronics engineering field.

2. At least 5 years production Manager role in foreign company.

3. Previous solid experience of direct responsible in injection mould management, machine maintenance, and process engineering.

4. Experienced in new project/ new product launch starting from new mold design.

5. A Person with excellent communication skill, good English .

6. A change driver with strong awareness of continuous improvement and its methods techniques.
